Yes, we post to Australia wide and internationally

Yes membership is free and you can join up the first time you make your order from us.

Can I backorder or reserve an item that is out of stock?

If a product is unavailable, it will automatically be reserved on backorder for you. If you wish to cancel the backorder please email us at info@instantrockstar.com.

Where are your products made?

Instant RockStar is an Australian made & owned company.

What if my product is faulty or damaged?

Email us at info@instantrockstar.com to arrange prompt product replacement.

Shipping - Australia & International

Instant RockStar ship products via Australia post anywhere in Australia. We recommend choosing Express Post to ensure express delivery as well as insurance and tracking. International Purchases (Purchases destined for locations outside Australia) will be sent by airfreight. Every effort will be made to process the order ready for shipment within 2-3 days from the time of order. Shipping times vary depending on your location. If you require your order to be processed quicker than the time period above, please notify us at info@instantrockstar.com

Ours 14 Day Returns Policy

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please email us at info@instantrockstar.com. Returns are to be received by Instant RockStar within 14 days of the returns approval. Any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
