After much consideration, we have made the very difficult decision to temporarily pause all international orders.

As a small business, this was not an easy choice. Over recent months, we have been facing increasing tariffs, rising international shipping costs, and ongoing uncertainty around changing export regulations across different countries. These factors have created challenges that are becoming harder for us to manage without compromising service quality or significantly increasing prices.

As much as we deeply value our international customers, we must ensure that we can continue operating sustainably and responsibly. At this time, our priority is to support our local customers and partners, where we can maintain reliable service, consistent pricing, and smoother operations.

We are truly grateful for the support we’ve received from our international community over the years. This pause is not a reflection of how much we value you — it is simply a necessary step for our small team to navigate the current environment carefully and protect the long-term stability of our business.

• This pause applies only to international orders.

• Domestic orders will continue as usual.

• We will continue to monitor global trade and logistics conditions and reassess when circumstances improve.
